1. Who we are

MENDO TECHNOLOGIES, S.A.S. de C.V. (“Mendotech”), based in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you give us through this site. Contact: hello@mendotech.com.

2. Data we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, work email and a description of your project. We don't ask for sensitive personal data; please don't include any in your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.

3. How we use it

We use your data to: (a) reply to your enquiry and follow up on it; (b) prepare and send you a proposal or quote you ask for. Both are needed to handle the relationship you start, so no additional consent is required. We don't use your data for marketing and we don't sell it.

4. Sharing and transfers

We don't transfer your data to third parties. To run the site, we use providers that process data on our behalf, some with servers outside Mexico: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Resend (sending the form email) and Cloudflare, Inc. (email forwarding). They may process the data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose data to authorities when a law or a lawful order requires it.

5. Your rights

You can access, rectify or cancel your data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and you can withdraw your consent. To do so, write to hello@mendotech.com with: your name and an email for our reply; a document proving your identity (or your representative's, with proof of authority); a clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise; and any supporting documents. We will respond within the time limits set by law. If you believe your request wasn't properly handled, you may contact the competent data protection authority.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data while we handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months after our last contact. If it becomes part of a contract, we keep it for the periods the law requires. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access.

7. Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies or tracking technologies for advertising or analytics. If that changes, we'll say so here first.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes on this page, with the date they were made.
